HALLOWEEN COSTUME STARTING FROM THE SHOES

Easy Halloween costumes starting from your shoes!

The most monstrous night of the year has arrived, where for one night we can feel more evil, scary and wicked muhahaha… But the real problem of Halloween is always the same: finding a costume and an idea (always at the last minute) to dress up in theme…

We Rangoni Sisters are here to give you some simple and quick ideas to replicate, starting of course from the most important part of every outfit: the shoes! So here is a small selection of ideas based on some shoes from our collection, starting from the bottom to build an easy and effective Halloween costume!

1. “Doll” shoes Very trendy this winter, you can use them to create your Halloween costume to play protagonists who appear “innocent and defenseless”, like Little Red Riding Hood or Alice in Wonderland. Just buy a red cape to match the ballerinas or a flared dress. With our ballerinas you can also play a darker character like the Black Swan!

2. Red Pumps

We have several in the Atelier, but the new Alfa pumps with kitten heel in this “blood red” are perfect for creating a Halloween outfit! We were inspired by two characters, one bad and one good: Cruella de Vil and Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. With a faux fur coat Cruella de Vil is ready, for Dorothy use a simple blue dress.

3. Platform Mary-Jane

A big trend this winter too, our new Piuma are the best mary-janes of the season. They are perfect for creating many Halloween outfits, such as Wednesday Addams but also the Power Puff Girls if you want to make a group costume!

4. Black Ankle Boot

A black suede ankle boot, whether high or low heeled, can help us create many Halloween Costumes, being a neutral accessory but with a strong character. Here in our blog, we sisters propose two outfits: Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad and then a simpler but always impactful Wicked Witch!!!

5. Pink Shoes

Pink shoes both in fabric and leather follow the Barbiecore trend that was very popular last summer, also thanks to the many outfits on the catwalks. Here we would use our Minimal platforms in this pink satin to create different more feminine and cuddly Halloween costumes such as: Barbie, Minnie or the protagonist of Legally Blonde!
