Returns and warranty management
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the European Directive 44/99 / EC and the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Seller guarantees to the Consumer that the Products will be free from manufacturing and material defects, as well as conforming to the descriptions published on the Site, for a period of 12 MONTHS from the date of delivery of the Products to the Consumer. For handmade products, a certain variability in their characteristics is inherent to the manufacturing process and should be considered a value.
The application of any guarantee is excluded in case of use or washing of the Product that does not conform to that of the Product and to the instructions / warnings provided by the Seller and / or the Owner, or reported in the reference illustrative documentation, in the tags or in the labels. In order to proceed with the return it is possible to send an email to customercare@rangoniatelier.com, indicating the order code, name and surname and a reference to be contacted.
The costs of withdrawal are charged to the customer, who must send the product purchased at Atelier Rangoni Kilis Via Maggio 51R - 50125 Firenze Italy at his own expense It is also possible to proceed with the Return, logging in with your credentials, accessing the customer area of the Site and selecting Order History. Select the order for which you want to proceed with the withdrawal, select the item in the appropriate list and confirm the return of the product.
